From a moodboard to a complete setting

The design service considers the elements guests experience together: the flowers, the light across a table and the smaller details that give a celebration its character. A moodboard starts the conversation; floral arrangements, table settings, lighting and stationery carry the direction into the event. A coherent setting comes from choices that relate to each other and to the couple.

Three distinct directions from real weddings

Christina and Alexandros' wedding used white hydrangeas and gypsophila for a romantic atmosphere. Alessandro and Ioanna's boho celebration brought together pampas, wooden tables, irregular cement details and string lights at a vineyard. Konstantinos and Natasa's Serres wedding took a brighter direction, with tropical flowers and disco balls. These are individual designs rather than a single look repeated across celebrations.

Building a design brief

Share the mood you want the celebration to have, the details you are drawn to and any venue already chosen. Refer to specific portfolio elements rather than assuming an entire event can be reproduced. Ask how your ideas will be translated across ceremony flowers, reception tables, lighting and stationery, and how the design work connects with the planning and vendor responsibilities.
